I didn't set out to coach founders. I became one first.
I built Fine Strokes, my PMU studio in Birmingham, Michigan, from nothing. No investors, no safety net, just a chair, a set of hands, and a decade of figuring it out as I went. You can look it up. I know exactly what it's like to hit a wall you built yourself and not be able to see around it.
Somewhere along the way my clients, a lot of them running their own businesses, started telling me about their plateaus, their burnout, the growth they wanted but couldn't seem to reach. I'd find myself coaching them between procedures. They kept coming back for that as much as the work itself.
I've also spent years traveling the world. Not to sightsee, but to actually go find out how other ambitious people build a life around their work, not just a business. Building it myself, and watching how differently people define "made it": that's what I bring into the room with you.
